The Challenge
The Chesapeake Region Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) hosts annual events that bring together community association managers, business partners, and industry professionals from across the region.
While these events create valuable networking and educational opportunities, the organization needed professional visual content that could capture the energy of each event and encourage greater attendance in future years.
They wanted more than event documentation. They needed marketing assets that showcased the value of being part of the organization.
Our Solution
We partnered with the Chesapeake Region Chapter of CAI to provide complete event photography and video coverage for their Annual Conference at Maryland Live! Casino and their Annual Social at Rolling Road Golf Club.
Throughout each event, we documented keynote presentations, educational sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitors, award presentations, and candid interactions between members.
Following each event, we produced highlight videos and professional photo galleries that allow the organization to celebrate the event while creating valuable marketing content for future conferences, membership recruitment, and social media campaigns.
